Professional Coordinator Requirement

For weddings with more than 40 guests, a professional wedding coordinator is required. Your coordinator is hired and paid separately, allowing you to choose the professional who best fits your wedding and budget.

Havenwood is an intentionally DIY venue. Unless separately contracted, Havenwood staff does not provide wedding-day setup, decorating, table/chair/linen placement, timeline management or day-of coordination.

Limited Availability: Weddings are generally not offered during January, February, July or August due to the seasonal nature of our non-climate-controlled barn. Please inquire regarding special availability.

Professional Coordinator Requirement

Weddings with more than 40 guests require a professional wedding coordinator hired and paid separately by the couple.

Havenwood is an intentionally DIY venue. Setup, decorating, table/chair/linen placement and wedding-day management are the responsibility of the couple and/or their coordinator unless otherwise contracted.

*For Friday weddings followed by a Saturday event, the included overnight stay takes place Thursday night rather than Friday night.

Limited Availability: Weddings are generally not offered during January, February, July or August.

Perfect for baby showers, bridal showers and intimate daytime celebrations surrounded by the natural charm of Havenwood.

Your rental includes a 5-hour venue window, including all setup, decorating, event time and cleanup.

A Simple, DIY Celebration

Havenwood’s shower package is intentionally DIY, giving you the flexibility to make the space your own while keeping the rental affordable.

Your rental includes use of the items listed above, but does not include event coordination, decorating, setup or breakdown of tables/chairs/linens, food or beverage service, or day-of event staff.

Guests are responsible for completing setup and cleanup within their 5-hour rental window and leaving the Venue according to Havenwood’s checkout guidelines.

*Fire features are subject to weather, burn restrictions and Havenwood’s fire-safety policies.

FREQUENTLY ASKED Qs

What types of events do you host? Weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, retreats, etc.

What is the maximum/minimum guest capacity? 75 is our overall venue capacity. 50 is the total capacity inside the actual barn for formal dining.

Is the barn climate-controlled (heat/air conditioning)? No, we don't have central heat/air but we do have 4 fans inside the barn, and a "portacool" in the warmer months that we plug in. (A Portacool is a portable, heavy-duty evaporative cooler (swamp cooler) designed to reduce temperatures in outdoor and semi-outdoor venues by up to 30 degrees fahrenheit.) We also have 3 barn doors that stay open in the warmer months to allow air flow, and the forest provides A TON of shade over the entire barn and surrounding areas. For colder months, we have over head heaters, several propane fire tours, and we recently insulated the barn so you can close the barn doors to keep the heat in.

Is the venue available year-round or seasonally? Year round. But we typically just run the venue as an AirBnB in slow season (January, February, July, August) unless someone reaches out about a specific date. If we have it open, we can absolutely honor it!

Is the venue wheelchair accessible? No. There are 2-3 steps to get into main barn. It's level to get to patio and main areas but there are natural elements, like stones and wood that may make it not easily accessible for wheelchairs.

Do you offer weekday or off-season discounts? Yes, our packages are priced depending on the season and day of the week!

Is a deposit required to reserve the date? Is it refundable? Yes, we require 20% to save the date. The save the date is only refundable for 48 hours.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy? 1 week after deposit: full refund 6+ months before event: 50% refund 3-6 months before event: 25% refund Less than 3 months before event: no refund *Save the date non refundable after 48 hours
